After our final conversation communication we like to receive a confirmation mail from our clients for the required service booking.

All reservations must be made well in advance (4 and 8 month) is recommended especially during the months June, July and August). Earlier is better due to restrictions on the numbers of trekkers permitted on the Inca Trail.

(1) Personal porters can be hired to help carry your personal items.


01 full porter helps to carry 12 kg (U$ 70) for four days or a half porter who carry only 06 kg for U$ 35

There are routes where we take horses and in that case are 15 kg (U$ 20 per day). You must make a reservation of a horse or porter’s services in advance when making your trek reservation


(2) An extra night in Aguas Calientes: If you decide to stay one extra night in Aguas Calientes town we can arrange your train ticket to come on day 05.

(3) Vegetarian Meals. We can provide vegetarian meals according to your requirements.

(4) Sleeping bag hire.

It can be hired in our office at your arrival to Cusco city. The price is US$12 per person for the 4 days trek.

(1)Luggage storage. We provide a secure place where you can leave luggage that you are not going to need during the hiking trip.

(2) The itinerary of each tour is subject to change due to condition beyond our control. This is a guideline showing tentative night stops. Physical conditions also may change the itinerary. Your guide helps you to make your decision


Insurance

Foreign guest are subjected to bear all the responsibilities of insurance on their own while participating in any of the programmed tours through this company, however, the company will remain ready to provide necessary existences ……… there arises problems..

travel peru operator Booking Terms & Condition

 

Andean Peru Trekking has promulgated its terms and conditions for any kind of trip, trekking, hiking, rafting, and other services being operated so far by the company. The terms and conditions set forth will bring forward its limitations before any interested visitor advances for the programmed alluded..


The advance payment is not refundable. Because it will be use to buy spaces or entrance fees on any required tour.


To make the reservation our Company will ask for any personal details to clientsOnce for example.


-Name list of groups

We will confirm your trek reservation by email within a couple of days.


- Number passports

- scanned ISIC Card for students.

- Flight details, and others.

 

- If by some unavoidable situation the trekking members return earlier than proper time of trip conclusion than the amount will not be refund in any case.

 

- All the group members have to pay in our office the final balance two days before the tour date of departure.


Note: Trekkers and expeditions groups must clean the camping area together with our staffs, which is one of tour major rules.

 

travel peru operator ANDEAN PERU TREKKING Cancellation Policy

 

1. The trek deposit must be paid prior to the date shown on the trek confirmation email. Clients must email reservas@andeanperutrekking.com to confirm that they have paid the deposit. Failure to pay the deposit and/or inform us of the deposit payment details before this date will result in automatic trek cancellation.

 

2. The trek balance must be paid in the Andean Peru Trekking office prior to 8pm at least 2 days prior to trek departure. Failure to pay the trek balance prior to this time will result in trek cancellation.

 

3. Trek cancellations made between payment of trek deposit and 8pm 2 days prior to trek departure date: Return of all payments made, less the trek deposit of US$120 per person, less any costs associated with receiving and returning the payment.

 

In all instances of trek cancellation by the client Andean Peru Trekking will provide written confirmation of the cancellation and details of any payments lost so as to be used in the event of any insurance claim made by the client.

1. Your arrival date in Cusco must be at least 2 days prior to trek departure since you have to pay the trek balance before 8 pm 2 days before you start the trek. Arriving 2 days prior to the trek also ensures that you are better acclimatized to the high altitude. However 3 days is recommended.

 

2. In order to qualify for a student discount you must be under the age of 26 and be in possession of a valid international student identity card ISIC. You must bring the ISIC card to the office when you pay the trek balance and take it with you on the Inca Trail

 

trek as it will be checked several times by government officials. Unfortunately no other forms of student identity are acceptable (university cards, international youth cards etc). If you forget your ISIC card or lose it then you will have to pay an additional US$25 for a standard trek permit. The government has recently become more fastidious with respect to lost ISIC cards and on several occasions has not given permission to the person to enter the Inca Trail

 

3. If you have a hotel reservation in Cusco please includes the name of your hotel on the reservation form. This allows us to locate you if there are any problems with your arrival. You will also be asked to confirm your hotel in Cusco when you come to the office to pay the trek balance.
