Brief Itinerary:

Day 1:

arrivee Quito, Ecuador and transfer to hotel.

Day 2:

Flight to San Cristobal, Galapagos Islands

Day 3:

Daytrip by boat, return to San Cristobal

Day 4:

Depart San Cristobal, boat to Isabela Island, via Floreana

Day 5:

Isabela Island day trip

Day 6:

Isabela Island daytrip and boating

Day 7:

Depart Isabela, boat to Santa Cruz Island, sightseeing

Day 8:

Depart Santa Cruz, boat to San Cristobal, via Santa Fe

Day 9:

Farewell Galapagos Islands, flight to Quito

Day 10:

Farewell Ecuador, fly from Quito to Lima, Peru. Afternoon free.

Day 11:

City tour of Lima colonial centre.

Day 12:

Fly to Cusco. Afternoon walking tour.

Day 13:

Full day tour of the Sacred Valley of the Inkas, visiting the ruins of Qenko, the Pisac market, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero.

Day 14-15:

Train to Aguas Calientes. Visit Machu Picchu and take an optional swim in the hot springs. Return to Cusco.

Day 16:

Free morning Cusco. Afternoon visit the Cathedral and the Koricancha or Temple of the Sun.

Day 17:

Drive to Puno by bus, sightseeing in route visiting along the way some archaeological sites such as Racchi and Andahuaylillas church.

Day 18:

Depart Puno, boat to full day Lake Titicaca excursion including Uros and Amantani Islands.

Day 19:

Cross into Bolivia and head to La Paz via the ancient ruins of Tiahuanaco.

Day 20:

La Paz city sightseeing and full day exploration.

Day 21:

Trip ends in La Paz after breakfast.
